How to Become a Partner?
The process is simple. Just send us an email with your details. We request some basic information about yourself, as we value knowing our partners. In return, we’ll provide you with comprehensive information about our company and a partnership agreement, outlining all necessary details and expectations for our collaboration.
What Information Should I Provide?
In your email, please include your full name, age, profession, contact phone number, and email address. The more we know about you, the better we can tailor our partnership. Once we receive your information, we’ll get in touch to discuss further steps. You’ll be asked to print, sign, and scan the partnership agreement and send it back to us. This agreement will ensure clear mutual obligations. After receiving the signed document, we will countersign it and send it back to you.
Is Training Necessary?
No formal training is required to become a partner. Specialized skills or courses aren’t necessary, especially if you are pursuing this as a side activity. Registering a client is straightforward. Send us the client’s name, location, and contact details, along with a summary of their property preferences. Alternatively, you can reach out to your personal manager, who will assist with client registration.

Who Will Manage My Clients?
Once you introduce a client to us, our experienced team of property specialists will manage all aspects of the client relationship. Our team has extensive expertise in the Phuket real estate market and will handle everything, from client consultations to property showings and transaction processing. We aim to ensure that every client is satisfied with their experience.
How is My Commission Guaranteed?
We understand the importance of security and trust. Your commission is guaranteed as part of our partnership agreement. The partnership agreement and client registration process ensure that even if a client contacts us directly later, your rights as a partner remain protected.
How Will I Know When a Deal is Closed?
Throughout the process, your personal manager will keep you updated on the client’s progress. Once a deal is finalized and payment is complete, you will receive an email confirming the successful transaction. Commission payments are processed within 14-30 days following the receipt of the agent commission from the property seller.
Financial Terms
How is My Commission Calculated?
All partners, whether individuals or businesses, receive a commission rate of 30% of our company’s total commission. The amount is based on the final sale price of the property and the agreed commission rate with the seller, which typically ranges from 3% to 10% of the total transaction value. How Will I Receive My Payment?
Your commission will be transferred to the bank account specified in the partnership agreement or in an agreed-upon alternative form, such as Western Union or cash, depending on both parties’ preferences.
