Named after the symbolic image of a balcony, BALCO reimagines this concept into a lavish seaside villa intricately linked to Phuket’s famous Bang Tao beach. This exclusive development, featuring 35 luxury villas, seeks to encapsulate the spirit of urbanization and modernity by offering residents private balconies or terraces that bridge personal and communal spaces.

The architectural vision of BALCO is to cultivate a living experience where the sea breeze becomes a daily companion, anchored by the balcony’s foundation. The design facilitates a seamless airflow throughout the home, balcony, and rooftop, ensuring residents remain connected to nature’s elements. By integrating the balcony concept with Modern Bali design principles, the villas offer functional spaces that support both outdoor and semi-outdoor living, fostering relaxation and blending with Phuket’s scenic beauty.

The project offers two distinct villa types – the Luxury Type and the Legacy Type. The Luxury Type begins with land areas of 240 square meters, providing a usable space of 490 square meters. In contrast, the Legacy Type offers larger land areas starting at 332 square meters, also with a usable space of 490 square meters. Each villa is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate a lifestyle that transitions smoothly from sunbathing to active swimming and unwinding in a romantic bath.

Construction of BALCO is slated to begin in the second quarter of 2024, bringing to fruition a vision of barefoot luxury in the heart of Bangtao, within the esteemed ‘Origin Resort World Phuket,’ recognized as a luxurious hub in Phuket’s beach zone. Residents will have the chance to enjoy the serenity of Bang Tao, celebrated for its mesmerizing sunsets and known as a Quiet Luxury Beach.
