The project offers two distinct villa styles – the Luxury Type and the Legacy Type. The Luxury Type begins with land areas of 240 square meters, providing a usable space of 490 square meters. In contrast, the Legacy Type offers larger plots starting at 332 square meters, also with a usable area of 490 square meters. Each villa is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate a lifestyle that transitions effortlessly from sunbathing to active swimming and unwinding in a romantic bath.

Construction of BALCO is slated to begin in the second quarter of 2024, bringing to fruition a vision of barefoot luxury in the heart of Bangtao, within the esteemed ‘Origin Resort World Phuket,’ recognized as a luxurious epicenter in Phuket’s beach zone.
